We are building cutting-edge diagnostic tools to assist physicians in selecting the most optimal treatments for their patients. Our company was spun out of a premier research institution in NY earlier this year and is advised by a Turing Award winner and founding father of AI research, and a leader in personalized cancer therapies. We are looking to bring on a Partnerships and Business Development Associate to support our work on partnerships with health systems, research groups, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the CEO and the team in managing relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, hospitals, payers, and patients.

  • Work on data partnerships with academic and industry organizations. Pursue all connections from early outreach to the final stages of dealmaking.

  • Maintain and continuously refine internal playbooks and SOPs for effective outreach, engagement, and partnership management.

  • Ad-hoc support of company operations, ranging from administrative work to cross-functional project management.

  • Prepare promotional materials for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Interact with stakeholders at all levels, including Ataraxis employees, advisory board, contractors, and others, making sure to communicate important information within the company.

  • Maintain the CRM system, internal documentation, and databases at the company.

  • Join Ataraxis at key industry events and participate in negotiations and collaborations during site visits to partners. Travel anticipated.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Exceptional communication skills.

  • Intense work ethic, self-motivation and a track record of initiative.

  • Demonstrated success in establishing and growing strategic relationships in the healthcare sector.

  • Advanced knowledge of Google Suite of products, CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot), ChatGPT.

Optional but preferred:

  • Knowledge/experience in oncology and molecular diagnostics.

The base salary range for this position is $82,000 to $126,000. Final compensation will determined based on skills, qualifications, and experience, and includes a meaningful equity component.
