Position Overview

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Lev, you will play a pivotal role in driving the expansion of our platform's user base. Your primary focus is pipeline creation through a combination of inbound and outbound channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting Leads: Utilize a combination of communication channels, including email, phone, and social media, to identify and engage potential sponsors who are a fit or have expressed interest in our platform. Leverage the power of the platform's vibrant ecosystem to connect with qualified prospects.

  • Lead Nurturing: Demonstrate a customer-centric approach, understanding the unique financing needs and aspirations of each engaged borrower. Articulate the value proposition of Lev's platform, addressing inquiries, and fostering interest in scheduling a demo.

  • Demo Bookings: Collaborate closely with our team of Account Executives to seamlessly schedule and coordinate product demos for interested prospects.

  • Pipeline Management: Efficiently manage and maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions within our advanced CRM system. Utilize the power of Lev's matching algorithm to track lead progression through the sales funnel, facilitating timely follow-ups for successful outcomes.

  • Continuous Learning: Embrace a culture of continuous learning and development. Stay updated with industry trends, deepen your understanding of Lev's cutting-edge technology, and refine your sales techniques to become an integral part of our ongoing success.

Requirements:

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

  • Experience (Beneficial but Not Required): While experience in commercial real estate is beneficial and valued, it is not a strict requirement. We welcome candidates with diverse backgrounds who possess the motivation and drive to excel in the sales field.
