Product Manager

Eight Sleep is looking for uniquely talented individuals from software, hardware or data science backgrounds to join our product team. We believe in giving new PMs outsized, immediate impact. Past first-year projects have included launching Pod 3 and launching our subscription membership, both critical to our business.

This role is based on-site out of our New York HQ.

How you’ll contribute

At Eight Sleep, PMs are the CEO of the product. You will:

  • Collaborate with executives and product leads to set the vision and roadmap for your team

  • Go deep with a team of designers, engineers and researchers to create world-class experiences across software and hardware

Who you are

We regularly work on problems no one has attempted to solve before. Successful PMs should be:

  • Builder: You have a proven track record of shipping Zero-to-One products, in or out of work

  • Technical: You're hands on, and can think through technical implementation details and tradeoffs

  • Customer obsessed: You put the customer first and run through walls to help them 

  • Succinct, clear communicator: You can distill complex topics into clear, concise memos

  • Data-proficient: You can analyze data and use it to inform product decisions
